We liked their Pizza when the original owners had it & still like it with the new owners!! Very good pizza, wish they were heavier on the cheese, but that's kinda a personal preference of how I like my pizza so not gonna fault them for that. Although we've always liked their Pizza, we think where they really shine is their other items, some unique that you can't get anywhere else like the Meatball Dumplings, specialty pizzas & amazing Calzones!! If you are visiting Toronto or just stopping by on your way to another destination, you must stop in and get some grub from Gem City Pizza........ You won't be disappointed!! Great food amazing service and the restaurant was clean and well setup very nice place. I highly recommend the CBR zone and the sweet and spicy pizza it was !! 10/10

Ordered 3 trays for a kids birthday party and the pizza was delicious. Out of 3 whole trays 4 pieces is all that was left at the end. Thank you Gem City, we found our new pizza party spot.

I can't personally speak for the atmosphere, but if it's anything like their delivery service, then I'm sure it's on point. This evening I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and a Philly steak with just meat and cheese. There was a mix-up and I ended up with a BBQ chicken pizza, and a Philly steak with all the usual fixings(mushrooms, peppers, onions). As soon as I realized the mistake, I called them up and they exchanged the order within the hour. The Buffalo chicken pizza and sandwich I ended up with in the end were absolutely delicious and they were delivered with care. This is only my second time ordering since ownership has changed, but so far so good. Keep up the amazing work guys! PS: I just hope the BBQ pizza and other sandwich found a good home in someone else's belly.
